Yes. The first time you log into the app or the web portal, all of your students should automatically be listed in the upper left corner. Please contact your school's office if you do not see them.

The school(s) and district can communicate a variety of messages through ParentSquare. These can generally be broken down into three categories: announcements, direct messages, and "smart" alerts.

Announcements: These are informational "posts" specific to classrooms, schools, or the district. For example, this can be a newsletter, event notification, or a reminder of a sporting event.

Direct Messages: This type a message is specific to the parent or guardian and may come in the form of a direct email, phone call, or text message. This may include messages from a staff member or club advisor.

Alerts: These are are typically urgent alerts that need attention such as an inclement weather delays or other health and saftey issues. Alerts also include our daily notifications for absences. These cannot be disabled.

Please reach out to your student's school office if you wish to change youe contact information. You may also change your information in ParentVUE as this syncs directly with ParentSquare nightly.

Language customization can be done in settings by going to "Account" then "Preferences" and clicking on "Choose Language" under the "Language" setting.

Please go to parentsquare.com. On the login page, click "Forgot Password". Put in your email or phone number, and you will be sent a link to reset your password.

These apps sound similar, but server two distinct purposes.

ParentSquare: Direct communication between the schools and staff to parents and students.

ParentVUE: Used to view grades, attendance, and information related to enrollment.

Notifications can be customized in settings. From the left menu click "Account" then "Notifications". Settings can be customized differently for each of your student's school. If you are receiving too many messages, try changing to the "Digest" setting. This is a once a day condensed message in the evening. Alerts such are student absences or weather delays cannot be disabled.
